FAQ
What counts as a topic?
A topic is the label you give a slice of your graph, like "work" or "thesis". You choose the names; nothing is assigned for you.
Does the desktop app need an account?
No. The app runs entirely on your computer with no account and no limits. Plans only apply to the hosted graph.
What happens when a team member leaves?
Their membership ends, but what they added stays in the team graph. The team owns it, not the individual.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for, then drops to Free. Nothing is deleted when that happens.
