The desktop app searches the full text of everything it holds. Topics you sync to your account are searched by meaning too, ranking vectors and BM25 together.
Ask it to file a new note and it lands beside what you already have, linked. Vinc stores exactly what it is given, so no memo ends up orphaned in a folder you forgot.
Name a topic once and everything filed under it lands together, laid out visually. Vinc proposes the clusters it can see and leaves the call to you.
